You have the possibility to return or exchange the size, color or model of one or more items within 30 working days, from the date of receipt of the package by our logistics service, you will be able to benefit from a refund of the item(s). After this period, you will be credited with a credit, usable exclusively on the e-commerce site.
Returned items must include all labels as well as their original box. The original box must be protected by cardboard packaging to prevent the shoe from being damaged during transport. Any package packaged or shipped only with the original box cannot be refunded or exchanged.
In accordance with our general conditions of sale, any item worn, soiled, damaged or which is not in condition to be put back on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. We advise you to try your shoes on a carpet to preserve the outsole. Gianato may reserve the right to refuse any refund if your return does not correspond to the return conditions stipulated above. During certain periods (sales, private sales, public holidays, etc.), processing times may take a little longer due to the volume of packages to be processed.
In the case of a refund: You will be reimbursed for your entire order, at the invoice price and, in the case of a return of the entire order, for the delivery costs.
In the event of a partial return of ordered products, the initial delivery costs will not be refunded.
