Your orders are processed upon validation, Monday to Friday. After careful quality control procedures, our logistics workshop ships the packages as quickly as possible, at best within 72 hours. The carrier's delivery time must then be taken into account.
1. Delivery notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS to email or telephone number provided. This notification will include the tracking number (if applicable) so you can track your order online until it arrives at your doorstep.

2. Delivery times
The average delivery time is 2 to 12 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery time varies depending on the shipping address provided and the delivery option chosen.
- Option 1: Free Standard Delivery (2 to 12 working days)
- Option 2: Express Delivery (24h to 72h)
During certain periods (sales, private sales, public holidays, etc.) processing times may be longer due to the volume of packages to be processed. You can track your package on our site or by contacting the tracking service and after-sales service contact@gianatoleather.com.
2. Postage method
All orders greater than or equal to $140 can benefit from free express delivery, usually via our transport or Dhl. This means that your item will be shipped the day after the order and you will be delivered within 72 hours. For orders less than $140, we offer standard delivery for a delivery time of 2 to 12 business days. However, to avoid any delivery delays you can choose the Express option directly.
3. Models on pre-order
For our pre-ordered models, additional delays may be expected.
4. International deliveries
Delivery estimates shown on the product page may not apply to international deliveries. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times are indicated on the final payment page. This delay is usually 2 to 15 working days. Shipping charges may apply to some orders and are calculated at checkout once you select your country. Orders over $100 will be shipped via DHL Express, a next day shipping service to most countries. Orders less than $100 can be sent Express with additional charges.
